Bryan Andrade

Associate Attorney

Bryan Andrade is an Associate Attorney with the Legacy Lawyers, P.C., and is committed to serving his clients, bettering those around him, and pursuing excellence. He has worked on a variety of complex civil disputes which have provided him with the skills necessary to be an effective and zealous advocate. Bryan has experience in a variety of probate litigation areas, including trustee defense, beneficiary representation, exigent conservatorships, and elder abuse. Bryan prides himself on his tenacity, grit, and absolute determination.

Bryan earned his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. During his legal studies, he fell in love with the conceptual demands of the law and realized his love for helping those in need. Bryan earned his Bachelor of Arts from Cal State University, Fullerton where he double majored in Political Science and Philosophy with a concentration in Social, Moral, and Legal Philosophy. During his time as an undergraduate student, Bryan served as president of the CSUF Pre-Law Society, made the Dean’s List, and became a member of the prestigious National Political Science Honor Society, Pi Sigma Alpha (founded in 1920).

Before joining the Legacy Lawyers, Bryan clerked for multiple firms and worked with seasoned attorneys on a variety of legal matters relating to business, corporate, and real estate transactions. Bryan was selected from many applicants to clerk in the coveted Orange County District Attorney’s Office: Homicide Unit, where he conducted research and produced legal memoranda concerning various constitutional issues, recommended charges to be filed, published a custodial letter on behalf of the District Attorney, and assisted with trial preparation.

When Bryan isn’t practicing law, he spends his time on various physical fitness endeavors, brushing up on psychology and philosophy, and spending time with his family and friends. Bryan also loves to go on runs at the beach with his dogs, Milo and Sandy.
