Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

As a Client Care Specialist, you are an important point of contact between the firm and its clients. You will manage our “MyCase” client portal platform. You will help onboard, guide and offboard our clients. You will also handle client service-related inquiries by phone, email, and traditional mail. All while maintaining client records, addressing client inquiries, and providing technical support and assistance.
Your Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive and professional client-based service experience
- Onboard and offboard clients onto the MyCase Client Portal
- Teach clients to use the MyCase Client Portal
- Build positive relationships by checking in regularly with clients and following up on active processes
- Identify potential client service concerns and facilitate proactive and intervening steps
- Handle client inquiries by explaining policies and step-by-step procedures in a manner that is well-received
- Resolve client complaints, or direct them to relevant departments in a timely manner
- Manage the firm’s reputation management system
- Remind and prepare clients for upcoming hearings
- Recommend service improvements based on client feedback
- Data entry
- Oversee biweekly invoices and statements
- Receive, process, and record payments and refunds
- Coordinate with other departments on client care-related matters
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (A.A. degree or higher preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment
- Computer skills including proficiency in Google Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, upbeat, and engaging personality
- Exceptional ability to provide professional, efficient, and friendly client care services
- Advanced ability to provide technical support over the telephone, resolve issues, and recommend improvements
