Compensation: Average Annual Compensation: $50,000
Base salary: $41,600
Average Bi-Weekly Bonus: $350
You have the opportunity to earn beyond the average bonus.
Performance-Based Rewards: In addition to your generous base salary, you will earn $80 every time a prospect calls our firm, speaks with you, schedules a free consultation with one of our attorneys, and retains our services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from prospective clients and set qualified candidates with an appointment to speak with an attorney;
- Build initial client relationships and establish confidence in our firm with every conversation;
- Keep updated records of every call made to prospective clients;
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys on qualifications for prospective clients;
- Coordinate multiple calendars to fit the qualifying prospect with an available attorney;
- Make follow-up calls to ensure prospects show up at the right date, time, and location for their appointments
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently;
- Desire to follow systems and procedures;
- Strong verbal communication skills;
- Enjoy multitasking;
- Ability to type 40 words per minute;
- Must be an excellent listener;
- Basic Level Computer skills
Location & Hours: We are located in downtown Tyler, Texas, and the hours are 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We are an in-office-only firm. We do not offer remote work opportunities.
