This all-inclusive package includes Semi-Custom Trust, Individual Wills and Power of Attorney documents for asset management, Medical Directives, and the preparation and recording of one real property grant deed to transfer your house into the trust.
Includes estate plan binder and recording of one grant deed with the county recorder’s office.
GOLD PACKAGE: Use this option if the value of your estate is under $5,000,000, you have minor children, and you require a higher level of peace of mind, or if you think there could be concerns with beneficiaries or trustees and desire creative strategies to minimize any potential disputes.
Married: $3,800 / Single: $2,500
This all-inclusive package includes everything in the Silver Package with custom modifications: a Custom Trust, Individual Wills and Power of Attorney documents for asset management, Medical Directives, plus Guardian and Conservator nominations, and the preparation and recording of up to three grant deeds to transfer your real property into the trust.
PLATINUM PACKAGE: Use regardless of the value of your estate if you are interested in extraordinary efforts to minimize estate taxes, or require business succession planning, or your plan involves charitable giving, maximizing asset protection strategies, or if a beneficiary has special needs, or if you’d like to engage in nursing home planning.
Retainer: $5,000
This all-inclusive package includes Comprehensive strategy meetings, specific legal and tax research, Custom Trust (s), Individual Wills and Power of Attorney documents for asset management, Medical Directives, and the preparation and recording of unlimited grant deeds to transfer your real property into the trust, and any other service necessary to achieve your goals.
